Starting today I have started seeing something odd and new on Amazon. Above my cart list I see price change alerts for items I have saved that have lowered in price. This is normal. But when I go to a specific item, on the item page I sometimes see "Amazon strives to offer customers high quality pricing. We have recently seen better prices from other retailers for this product."
A lower price alert now brings me to a new alert that the price is high. Weird.
I'm pretty sure this is an error. Wrong quantity or some such.
