I have found these to be solid and reliable chargers. They periodically go on sale for this price and they are perfect to stow away in a travel bag or just to have extras for visitors or whatever. Or to let your kids "borrow" knowing that you won't ever get them back.

Having said that, you should generally plan to only use one port at a time. When both ports are being used, the total max output (combined between the 2 ports) is 15w and I believe that is a max of 7.5w per port.

Individually, you get 30w for USB-C and I think 15w for USB-A. These work great as a transition charger for those people that still have old USB-A cables, but are migrating to USB-C.

Also, if you are using both ports and you disconnect one, it temporarily disconnects the other as well.

Both of these issues are also present in the similar Anker chargers. I assume it's the same for Baseus, but I haven't looked into those at all.

My fun little conversation with Amazon's AI about this product:

Me: Is this product UL listed or ETL certified so I have some comfort it won't burn down my home?

Amazon's Rufus AI: No, but great news! The charger does have ClimatePartner Certification which means it is carbon footprint reduction certified.

Me: How does carbon footprint reduction help me if this product burns down my home?

Looking at one of the photos from a review, I do see the ETL logo on it

Yeah, and if u plug in another cable in the A slot, the C port drop to 15 max, so total is 30 I think you're confused with max and total
šŸ‘ thanks for the clarification. I just bought, and probably to charge my phone at 30W on the C port by itself.

I see it now. Interesting that they didn't put it in the product description.

Agreed. One of these is going to my kid so he can lose it within a week.

Most folks shopping Amazon don't read past the price these days, but ya, odd that they wouldn't list it, unless the photo is old and certificate expired? Plausible deniability? Most likely just an oversight since surely someone would have commented in a review.

I never used any product from this brand before. Well, I ordered one today to try out. Thanks.

P.S. All the product specs/details are written well on the Amazon page; yet some folks just asked tons of questions here. Wondering why...
