Having said that, you should generally plan to only use one port at a time. When both ports are being used, the total max output (combined between the 2 ports) is 15w and I believe that is a max of 7.5w per port.
Individually, you get 30w for USB-C and I think 15w for USB-A. These work great as a transition charger for those people that still have old USB-A cables, but are migrating to USB-C.
Also, if you are using both ports and you disconnect one, it temporarily disconnects the other as well.
Both of these issues are also present in the similar Anker chargers. I assume it's the same for Baseus, but I haven't looked into those at all.

I think you're confused with max and total
The 65 watt version is mid tier. It gets noticeably warmer than my Anker GaN charger at the same wattage. Not a great deal at the inflated Best Buy price, but at this price I don't think you can find better.
