That's all I used for a keurig machine I had for 10 years. Vinegar and diluted it with water to clean the machine. It finally broke two years ago and I got a new Keurig and cleaning it the same way.

it's 15% citric acid, the rest is water. can just buy citric acid and make your own concoction, if so inclined. I would be so inclined if the alternative was paying $7.50+ every three months (product page says this one 14oz bottle is good for 3 months, and you should do it every 3 months. this means almost 98% of the ingredients you are paying for is water. a 2lb bag of citric acid is $10 on amazon. decide how much work your time is worth.

I mix and a few teaspoons of citric acid in straight cleaning strength vinegar couple of times and then run some rinse cycles. keurig has been working good for 8 years now,, but could not get rid of the "groaning" sounds.
