Do you mean it's a bad quality speaker? Or do you mean it's damaged or something? Thanks

Outside of the speaker quality not being good how do you like the chromebook otherwise? Does it seem snappy? I'm using a 17" ASUS CXB170K that looks like it has an Intel Celeron N4500 processor, 4GB Ram and 64GB eMMC. Not sure how the speakers on my 17" would compare to the speakers on this one? Maybe you just got a bad one? Can anyone else who owns this Acer Vero 514 comment on the speakers? Also does anyone know how long this model will be getting updates?

Honestly I've been completely happy with mine and still am for what I use it for. Within the last week or so my wifi speed is only right around 20Mbps (both down and up) whereas I normally get at least 500Mbps with it. All my other devices on 5G are fine as is my overall internet and wifi in general. Not sure what's going on here but I came across a post where someone mentioned to check to see if the wifi antenna came lose somehow. Looks like I'll have to crack open the case and see if maybe that's the cause. I've tried everything else and can't figure it out.
