Pros: more comfortable, better noise insulation because of the softer and thicker ear cups, better noise cancellation slightly, better build quality, foldable, nicer more compact case, feels more premium
Cons: horrible controls, difficult to reset Bluetooth and connect, hunt for small button to pause music (click once to pause, twice to skip, thrice to go back one track, stupid), no mode for pass through to speak
I prefer the Sony's interface. So much more intuitive swiping your finger (forward to skip, back to back, up to volume up, down to volume down) or cupping your ears to speak with someone. Also volume up/down much easier.

Any idea to what extent these pros and cons apply to the XM6 and Ultra Gen 2?
