One basically picks one of four Dream Rotation meals and they are locked in to the sandwich, options of chips, and the treat.
The deal is kind of messed up though because it keeps stating to add a Milk N Cereal Crispy Treat, but there is no add on box within the deal like there is for the chips. So it will cancel out the entire combo order.
You can add it onto the combo, but it still does not work.
You can add them separately, after the notification, but it does not work.
So up until Jimmy John's gets their act together and fixes this glitch, the offer is void.

Let it also be known the other 4 choices lock you into a chip flavor..... which is really really stupid.
