FYI - You can actually type in anything to bypass as long as it follows standard email format.

Completely agree. ALL non-stick cookware should be viewed as disposable, and honestly, I have not found a significant difference between the premium brands. I buy all my non-stick skillets at a restaurant supply house. Higher quality, much cheaper. The All-Clad stainless skillets are the real prize here; they are terrific!

I'm curious if the graphite is worth the price or how it compares to the copper. I was impressed moving from d3 to d5.
