Its more reliable than other Chinese manufacturers.
Almost all massage chairs are made in China. Most of them have no support after purchase. Osaki headquarters is located in Carrollton,TX and they have pretty good after/customer support.
I live 30 min from their headquarter.
BTW never pay MSRP on Osaki chairs. They have promotions frequently.

Ah crap just bought the Titan chair for my parents. Seems like this is a slightly better deal (more features). But not much difference

Been in the market for a while and pulled the trigger on this. I'm a bit sick to my stomach about it just because these things are so hard to be confident in but reviews seem good.
