Mine were clearly returns from Best Buy and didn't look like the seller did anything to them. They also weren't packaged with any protection, so the panels got damaged during shipping. I also do mean plural monitors. I ordered and reordered several times and each one came with different damage. It's a crapshoot. Maybe you get lucky like you did, or you get unlucky like I did.
