Was looking at the potato, but don't know why corn syrup would be the third ingredient in a creamy potato soup... I've made a lot of soups from scratch and never had to add sweeteners, much less high amounts corn syrup.

Its my go to. Quite good. Add beans, tomatoes, etc to jazz it up better.
