It's not healthy. What are you basing that on?

Larger fish like are used for chunk albacore, have spent MORE time in the ocean, eating smaller fish and actually have MUCH higher mercury levels.

You know what has LOWER mercury levels? Smaller fish that have spent less time in the ocean. Like the cheap fish in the shredded tuna cans.

Just because it costs more, doesn't have anything to do with being better for you.

And btw, there's no such thing as "healthy" food, it's just a buzzword social media "nutrition" influencers use to scare you into buying their snake oil sponsored products.

Food is either "more nutritious" or "less nutritious" and it depends on a lot of factors and each individual person.

Get your food advice from someone with actual degrees, from this millennium, in ACTUAL NUTRITION sciences.
Like ThePlantSlant2431 on YT and other platforms. Actually degrees, extensive nutrition education, and cites actual published peer reviewed papers that fake nutrition influencers misquote or distort, for scare clicks and later sponsored products.

At the same time, yeah, a few cans of this stuff won't kill you, if you want it, buy it.

but if you plan to eat large amounts regularly, yeah, your mercury levels are probably gonna go up.
