Do not use it is getting hot, and eventually I took my phone for repair to Apple, and they said this chinese powerbanks usually damage the principle battery, so keep a distance.

Battery pack is fine, but it will slow charge. If you are gaming or something, then it will drain faster than it charges, but screen on time will be extended so there is that.

the answer is always charge wired to extend battery life as any wireless charging is inherently inefficient and generates way more heat than wired charging. that said, these 5k mah ones only end up being 2.5k - 3k mah of useful energy not enough to even fully charge large batteries on modern phones like the iphone 17pm with 5k mah battery.
