Not UL rated, try to look if it is and when you can't find it, then it is not. All the reviews are done by ladies, need a geeky guy or gal to really measure the power charging rate of this. In the "negative" reviews (not many reviews), people complaint you can only charge 1 or 2 items, anything more, then it gets flaky... Not sure I want to be liable for burning down a hotel room!

"Travel"I have a couple of the older ones sitting in suitcases for when we visit family. In older houses where a plug is a premium my wife and I can set up our chargers on one outlet. Also, cruise ships. Cruise ships may have one outlet per cabin. You really have to get creative when dealing with that limitation if you don't want to bring a full-sized power strip.

Hard pass on this. No UL cert and description lists only 125v while photo lists up to 240v. Maybe for $10 I'd take it just for the small form factor.
