i mean, will you have this keyboard on for more than 2 hours a day? so it kinda makes sense.
I typically use a keyboard for 8-10 hours/day.
Just silly that they would make it seem like the battery lasts forever when it's not all that much use at all. Why not just say "Lasts 10 years when used only 36 seconds per day!"?

You use a small portable keyboard for tablets 8-10 hours per day?

There's nothing that says that it's intended only for tablets. It says it supports Windows, too. Also, lots of people use iPads to do real work and make a living. That often involves more than two hours per day of being in front of a screen and using a keyboard.
I have a couple of these pandemic-era keyboards, exact same model. You won't want to type on them for more than a couple of hours a day, the feel is not wonderful. They're not awful at first touch or anything, but the Logitech K380 is way way better for extended typing. But they are very very light, something like half the weight of the K380. So if you need a travel keyboard for a little typing, this isn't bad. They'd be fine as a couch keyboard, much nicer typing than the K400+. They work fine with the mostly Apple and maybe 1 Windows devices I've tried.

And for that kind of work, you should get a real keyboard.
