Also get 90 days plus 9 days to do the extra $50 in points, noticed this when viewing the reward tracker.
The extra $50 is not automatic statement credit only the $200 was automatically applied.
I spent $507 and got almost 5700 points since I got some bonus points for my spending categories.
If u spend exactly $500 in non bonus spending categories then u would get just 5500 points.
The points can be spent on overpriced merchandise, looks like catalog is stocked from Best Buy because I noticed some Best Buy in house brands listed, or gift cards or statement credit.
The gift cards are normally overpriced at 3000 for a $25 card with some random sales on some brands for 2400.
The statement credit option is the only good one here but u have to select what you want it to apply on the redemption page since u have to mark transactions u want the credit applied to, it's very weird lol "Redeem points for statement credits towards any Priceline purchase $25 or more made using your Priceline VIP Rewards Visa Card in the past 120 days. Partial redemptions are allowed." is what it says, though u can apply it to any transaction therefore think it means Priceline card transaction & does not mean priceline.com transaction.
The issue I'm having is I can't do partial redemptions for some odd reason. Was hoping to use all 5600+ points on a transaction but it is currently only giving me an option to redeem only exactly $25 or $50 in points not a partial amount.
Another part of the site says "Redeem your points for statement credits at a 1% value. Redemptions start at $25 for Priceline purchases and $50 for all other purchases. " which is odd because my non priceline.com transactions are giving me both $25 and $50 and not customized option to do partial amount
