I have this grill and it is way too hot to really cook anything super greasy because you'll have a fire quickly. And anything not greasy will dry out pretty quickly. So I only use it when I have to.

adapter probably. Keep in mind you can't shut off a 1lb cylinder at the cylinder, unlike the 20lb tanks. The char-broil below can shut off on the regulator, but with the cuisinart you may have a safety problem.

This one works with 1lb cylinders out of the box. Char-Broil-Stainless-Portable-Liquid-Propane/dp/B0079TODWG?
