Bought this for a family member when it was on sale recently, but ended up returning it. The rubber flap covering the charging port was very flimsy on the unit we received, and would flip open at the lightest touch. We have two other cheap Chinese water flossers that don't have this issue

i dump the water and leave the water container to air dry. never had a problem.

I bought one before using a code that I got on Slickdeals. That's probably why it's not allowing me?
