They can help a bit with eye strain if you're staring at screens all day, but don't expect anything dramatic. The clear ones usually just take the edge off glare more than actually "blocking" a ton of blue light.

For $12 for 6 pairs though, kind of a cheap try to keep a pair at your desk, car, etc.

I am not going to put a cheap quality lens in front of my eyes to cause more potential strains with poor optical performances.

Side note, almost all cars' windshield blocks 99% UV already. That's why "uv sensitive lens" won't change its color when inside the car.
