I got this for $59 4 years ago at Sams Club of all places. This is by far NOT. a deal.

The Costco 12 zone is $199 now. Unless your local government has a rebate program (e.g. Sacramento), that price likely won't be returning.
That said, Rachio is well worth the investment. I've had a gen 1 and now a gen 3. Once you dial in the watering parameters, they have always performed great.

Different product but I have owned my Orbit B-Hyve since 2020 and it works excellent every time. I unplug it in the fall and plug it back in the spring and it connects immediately every time. Never misses a beat.

Make sure to look up your water company's rebates, I got this same controller for $15 after my water rebate.
