160 calories to 15g of protein is perfectly fine to be called high protein. It's not great, and I usually would say you want a 10 to 1 ratio, but these also have 3g of fiber. So this is definitely a perfectly fine snack for anyone wanting to add protein, fiber, and a little caffeine as a snack.
