It depends on how hard you clench, it lasts up to 6 months for me. It is kind of bulky around the edges though.

If you actually need one of these, please please go get one from a dentist. It will cost more but it will also actually work. These home versions are hot garbage.

The science doesn't support it, but dentists have these light tools now instead of white cast. Almost magical.

These mess up your jaw. If you want to save money now, but have to end up paying thousands to fix your jaw later then go for it. These should be illegal.

I have used a mouthguard like this in an emergency (my dentist-created one broke on vacation and I absolutely need one for TMJ) and it is definitely a temporary fix. It was better than nothing but isn't something recommended for long term. There is a huge difference between this and one from a professional.
