That is what the ALTERATIONS department at MACY's is for or use your or your neighborhood alternations/dry cleaner shop. Alternation typically cost a few bucks but they will custom fit the slacks and hem the pants. This is the way all suits are sold unless you purchase suit separates. They will also tailor/alter the jacket for a custom fit.
