Then you have to keep paying the monthly fee of the video website, and at the same time pray that they won't take down the videos you want to watch one day for some stupid reasons. Maybe it's due to copyright issues, or maybe other reasons. For those things that have little collectible value and are usually watched once or twice and never again, you're right. But for something like Bluey that I want to collect for the long - term and be able to take out and watch occasionally many years later, it's best to own it myself.

Agreed. I love my subscription services that allow me to binge watch complete series or check out movies that I might not have watched otherwise. I love the convenience of digital libraries, but there are some gems that are just worth owning physical copies of. This show is so good that my 5 year old will probably love to share with his kid(s) some day.

yeah and especially bluey is not only for kids it also teachs me a lot

just a matter of time before Prime forces ads when i want to watch something i bought already
