Would not recommend this unless you are a paid subscriber. Can't use the app to arm it remotely without paying. With a sub you have to be in front of it to arm or disarm it.

There are a few tiers, but I have the $200 annual plan that was $100 for many years. They've added some new features to justify it, but it's cost competitive enough and we're all in on ring that it's been worth it.
