Can anyone comment on this watch? Why the downvotes?

I'm looking to buy a not-very-fancy watch and this seems decent.. Walmart has good ratings on the watch and the price seems to be pretty good now

Better get it now only 10 left!! Victorinox puts on top quality sapphire and this price is decent.

I have an older Victorinox that's beat to hell after wearing it for 20 years, but the crystal is perfect.
