Pulled the trigger! Thanks OP!

Intel just posted earnings. Looks like CPU prices could be headed the same way as memory prices.

Not a bad price for a midrange Intel PC. The RAM and SSD go for around $100 each on the secondary market, so you're getting the PC for around $240, barebones. Throw in a Windows 11 Pro license and the kit fully assembled, and this is one of the better deals out there.

Not good for games with that Intel UHD iGPU, and not power efficient if you need it for Plex, but it's a good general PC for most other tasks. It'll get a bit warm with that 14450HX since it will consume close to 90w of that 120w adapter, so hopefully Kamrui has a good thermal solution to cool it.

Check eBay. I said secondary market, because I can easily buy quality NVMe drives with over 95% drive health starting around $100, Buy It Now, from US based tech resellers. I've been watching this stuff for months, as the mini PC sellers are turning increasingly towards barebones sales since the bubble started.

Don't buy new during the bubble when you can get quality used components for significantly discounted prices, usually pulls from business products. (I resell PC components, and do the same thing)

When there are drives shipped inside these mini PCs, they are usually not quality name brands; typically they're low tier Chinese brands with questionable origins. DDR5 modules in particular are often single-channel junk.
