My take: GTA III/IV with extra jank, also know it likely runs poorly, dont expect anything great, but I have had it on my wishlist for a while and the price jumped down to a buck (previous low was also on steam a month ago and it was 13.99, and 14.99 9 months before that, so this is a huge drop in price.
