If it's any consolation, I'm gaming and working on the PC I built in 2014 😂 32GB of DDR3 RAM, 1TB Crucial 3.5" SSD, i7-4770k, RTX 3060 GPU, and an Asus Z-87Plus motherboard. Tbh though, there's no game I can't play at 2k. The GPU is the only thing I've upgraded multiple times. I used to build a new PC for myself every two years but at today's prices there's no way. I'm getting ready to buy a prebuilt though.

In 11-25 I bought the skytech 7700, 9070 XT, 32 GB for $1350.
No problems at all, plays all the latest games at max graphics, 90% of the time MSFS 2024, graphic settings maxed out, no stutters or drops.
