It's good if you need something on 24/7 and never need to touch it. I use it for my fish tank.
Otherwise, the app is completely useless. It only has Bluetooth and no WiFi, so you have to stand next to it to use it. Not only that, there's no adjustment for the unit. It's always charged at 100%, no schedule, no automation, no notifications... nothing.
And it's loud when charging. The unit itself takes 17w per hour outside of whatever you plug in, which is high compared to other power stations.

If you do some research on this unit, you'll see reviews where people mention it shutting off randomly at around 10%+, or stopping working after about four months. There's even a Reddit post found out it's like a discounted product.
Also, the app control is Bluetooth-only, no wifi, If you plan to use it as a home backup, you won't be able to check the device status when you're away from home.

The Segway Cube 2000 is a large 2048Wh LiFePO4 power station that looks best as a simple backup box for running essentials like a fridge or fish tank. It has built in UPS mode, 2200W AC output, and strong price to capacity value, especially versus pricier alternatives. The main drawbacks are the Bluetooth only app with no Wi Fi, no charging schedule or notifications, and a reported 20 millisecond switchover that makes it a weak UPS for sensitive gear. Other concerns include loud charging, about 17W of standby draw, and reports of shutdowns, cold weather trouble, and durability issues.
People wanting a simple fridge-backup setup, because it can work as a dumb box that stays on without relying on app features.
Fish-tank owners needing a unit left running all day, because it is described as good for 24/7 use without touching it.
Homeowners using grid-charged emergency power, because it suits basic outage backup without needing smart controls.
Home backup buyers who need remote status checks, because the app is Bluetooth-only and cannot be checked away from home.
UPS buyers protecting sensitive electronics, because the switch-over time is about 20 milliseconds and can be too slow for UPS use.
Cold-weather truck users, because it reportedly stops working when temperatures are only mildly cold.
Shoppers who need charging automation or notifications, because the app has no schedule, no automation, and no alerts.

I think the issue brought up in the video linked in a pretty big one though, and its been one that bit me with other off-brand(or known brand where it isn't their primary product) power stations: the solar voltage limit.
It's the combination of that and the lack of wifi kind of paint this in to an awkward corner. But i still think this could be useful if you treat it as less of a "smart" device, and primarily charge it with grid power(or trickle charge it with solar)
For the comments about like, reliability... i've heard of PLENTY of dead, inexplicably fried with little use, killed by updates etc Big Popular Brand batteries like goalzero, ecoflows, etc. On a purely price to capacity standpoint, and not being from some brand that might lie about that, this is a solid deal. "Battery and i push the button and it turns on" dumb box usage in a power outage or something this could rock.
I might still be in for one, its hard to even find a used ecoflow max for this price.
