I do not need another battery, I do not need another battery
That being said I bough one from their site weeks ago and am definitely considering another. Maybe just the 1000 and use as a UPS

If you do some research on this unit, you'll see reviews where people mention it shutting off randomly at around 10%+, or stopping working after about four months. There's even a Reddit post found out it's like a discounted product.
Also, the app control is Bluetooth-only, no wifi, If you plan to use it as a home backup, you won't be able to check the device status when you're away from home.

It's good if you need something on 24/7 and never need to touch it. I use it for my fish tank.
Otherwise, the app is completely useless. It only has Bluetooth and no WiFi, so you have to stand next to it to use it. Not only that, there's no adjustment for the unit. It's always charged at 100%, no schedule, no automation, no notifications... nothing.
And it's loud when charging. The unit itself takes 17w per hour outside of whatever you plug in, which is high compared to other power stations.
