Why do I never see any of the coupons. Is Amazon somehow hiding them from me.

Same here, It's very rare suddenly that an amazon coupon is "Shop-able" or I'm "eligible". Perhaps they're targeted to certain customers / locations / markets only?

Same, coupons worked for me for years via these SD posts. Now for the last month they're all not showing. No matter what coupon type. :-(

I have this same issue and placed a ticket with AZ last week. Just called them since I had no update. Had to go through the same explanation again and provided them with an example. I explained that I can see the coupon when I am not logged into my account, but once logged in the coupon disappears. I gave them an example of cat food with 40% off. I made it clear that I have never owned a cat so I certainly had never used this offer before. I also explained that others were having this same issue. They "escalated" the issue, but I am expecting no quick solution here....

I have a sinking feeling we're about to find out about some new policy. lol. Maybe I'll open a ticket as well.

A pattern I've noticed is that they seem to be applying coupons more broadly at the account level now. For example, if you use a 40% off coupon on one item, then try to use another 40% coupon on a completely different item—even in another category—the system treats it as already redeemed.
Previously, coupons felt item-specific, where each product had its own independent discount. Now it seems more like a shared pool or limit per account. Hopefully it's not something restrictive like per calendar year or lifetime usage.
