That is some nonsense marketing right there. Glp1 friendly? It doesn't even have enough protein per calorie to even consider it a high protein food, and it's fairly high fat. Much better options out there.

Just for context, the Ensure Max Protein that have been on sale lately has less calories and TWICE the protein, and more fiber. What even is this?
