Might be better to pay a little more and get the 208/230V model from Costway, instead of this 115v.

I bought a Costway 12000 BTU 20 SEER 2 115V on a similar deal a few years ago for $577 delivered. The add ons to install it such as a wall bracket, outside disconnect, conduit etc added a couple hundred to the total price but it was well worth it to save going the diy route. I already had a gauge set and vacuum pump from doing some auto AC work. Mine doesn't have Wifi/the app but I've been very happy with it. I was surprised it even throws heat in below zero temperatures. Probably going to jump on this deal too for another location.
