This is a 10core gpu. The m5 base is 8core (not sure if the 8 core is faster)

I would go with the M5, better single core cpu performance and multi core cpu performance. 30% better per core GPU performance. that might still enable some slight gpu performance advantage for the m4 given the two additional cores but it won't be much, like single digits and it impacts efficiency.
