Yes, but only 17% of carbs for the day.

Honestly, unless you drink sugared sodas, eat lots of cake/ cookies or other ADDED sugar sugary stuff. this should not be an issue for most. Given breakfast is one of THREE MEALS, it's less than 1/3 for the day.

Eating fruit, natural juice, etc wouldn't matter here. It's very easy to avoid added sugar to not exceed 100% for the day if you start out with this or as mentioned, enjoy it as a dessert after dinner instead of a piece of cake, ice cream, etc.
