In my vernacular, FOSI is a Russian warez group, and Airplay is a wifi hacking prorocol...
The rest are nonsensical...

I may like it for a dedicated stereo listening setup with the ZA3 amp...but I'd be bothered by the mismatched silver/black stack.
If it does not have bass management, hard pass. The only clear advantage I can see about this product over the Wiim Ultra is the XLR outputs, which are handy IF you are using powered speakers with XLR inputs such as the JBL 305/306/308p.

Full bass management is coming in the next software update; so don't order until it's been deployed if your sub does not offer the controls you require.
