Fosi is just waiting for Roon to officially certify the device
Balanced Connectors are immune to 'ground loop' hum
The DAC chips are better than those in your phone, receiver or CD player
Prevents guests from hijacking your bluetooth and playing Kid Rock.

In my vernacular, FOSI is a Russian warez group, and Airplay is a wifi hacking prorocol...

I may like it for a dedicated stereo listening setup with the ZA3 amp...but I'd be bothered by the mismatched silver/black stack.
If it does not have bass management, hard pass. The only clear advantage I can see about this product over the Wiim Ultra is the XLR outputs, which are handy IF you are using powered speakers with XLR inputs such as the JBL 305/306/308p.

Full bass management is coming in the next software update; so don't order until it's been deployed if your sub does not offer the controls you require.
