I know it's in the pictures but this is a 6 inches high, 7 inch wide grow bag. You'll get a flower plant in there, don't think about growing big tomatoes and potatoes tho. Pics can be tricky.

I've seen plenty of big "tomato" plants grow in 1 gallon pots. Comes down to irrigation frequency.

You could also place them on a tray/pan full of water, and let the fabric soak up the water. I've grown some really nice basil like this.

1 gallon grow bags are not for tomatoes unless theres some kind of drip irrigation system that's also frequently using liquid fertilizer. Theres no way regular people should attempt doing that when you van just use the right size container/bag...
