The deal is alive and I got it, thank you! The link doesn't work, but if you go to the main page, search for Shox R4, then select only the Blue/White option (last option for me), when I added it to cart I got it for $55.99 (+ tax, free shipping).

Shows as "see price in cart" can can confirm Size 13 was 55.99 from 154.99.

Mentions it has a small toe box so guessing us wide-footed shouldn't apply.
