For the most part the same. King Arthur now adds fungal alpha-amylase, sometimes listed just as Enzyme. They used to use malted barley flour instead. Mostly matters with sourdough leavening; rapid rise yeast uses sugar instead of starch for rising. If you use sourdough for leavening, the King Arthur flour probably rises a bit quicker and easier, but not enough to justify the price difference.

Just ordered five. No coupon, but there is a 10% off 4, and the max s&s discount was 15% not 5%, so it came out a little cheaper then as posted. Getting them under $2 would have been even nicer.
