I DID specify different, not better.

I went with the $27 "Motorola - moto g power 2024 5G 128GB (Unlocked) - Midnight Blue" option from Best Buy. It's extremely easy to get the price by canceling the VZW service.

You just have to cancel within 3 days and verify the cancel 2-3 times in that 3 days because they're TRAINED to not verify the cancel, let it bill out to 30 days and let it go to collections, which nets VZW millions a year. But I have no problem making them check their work, I've been a project manager for years, making ppl check their work is like 90% of my job 😂

Oh and it's best to use the pickup in store option. I did get the ship to home option to work for the OnePlus N30 from BBY 2 yrs ago, but the cancel was a bit more time consuming.
Can you recommend me a similar deal for a phone that will work with Xfinity? I'm in a pickle at the moment. I have a Razr 2025 (unlocked), but Xfinity doesn't let me use it because their system claims it's incompatible (it is, but its IMEI isn't in their database), so I'm considering buying a different phone to use on their 1 year free line.

OK got it. I think the best way to do it is to use 3rd unlocked spare phone. Use 3rd IMEI to get locked IMEI out of system then switch. I think this is how it works.. in my mind.
yes. that's how it work. I did it this way all the time.

Anybody knowssuper cheapo esim plan? Don't want to give up my gv number. New GV on different account requires verification.. I don't want to give my ID to Google for my junk email. (like it doesn't know it's me 😂)

I found 5 dollar tello. BTW will tello number be accepted like out of Network? Because they run on T-Mobile. Metro can assume it is within number and don't give discount on port-in.

Again please please explain to me why you need a number to port when phone is free with a new number.

I've ported in from Google voice to mint mobile in the past was the easiest way I found. I'd assume it should work for here too

Best portable media player you can buy. It'll play anything you throw at it. I use mine in the car without a mobile plan. Load up your microsd card. use seal to download from youtube. I use poweramp.

has anyone actually gotten their phone unlocked after canceling their service after 1 month and waiting the timeout period? wonder if metro just poorly words the policy and means you have to be activated on any metro plan for a year.

I've gotten over 30 phones from Metro. Paid just the first month. All unlocked.
