couple observations for the GrandTeton-Ultra-----a fairly well spec'd ebike for the $$

-web site doesn't say Bafang, says Ananda@ M100 Mid Drive Motor, Output 500W (Peak 760W), Torque 130N.m either way a mid drive system is a big plus,

-great torque spec but some sources state 110 N.m of torque not 130nm, still good though, maybe a newer version?

-14.7Ah samsung cells (samsungs are pretty darn good, no name cells are a roll of the dice at best)

-hardtail..ie no rear suspension (fine unless offroad and even then ok if you know how to ride it)

-i have the tektro 4 piston brakes on my current ebike and they work!

-figure half of the stated range (at most) for pretty much every ebike including this, pretty much every ebike overstates range, plus there are a lot of factors like rider wt, elevation change, terrain, speed etc

jm2cw of course but overall well spec'd for the money.

A couple other things of note it has One-Click Dropper Seatpost, Travel 150 mm, and TBOX Smart Module with GPS, Auto-Unlock & SOS module.

A dropper is definitely cool especially stock.. not exactly sure what the other things are though.

Edit: When paired with Vanpowers' Vanlife E-Bike app, TBOX supports Geofensing Alert, Smart Proximity Unlock, SOS Detection, Find My Bike, as well as audio notification and vibration sensitivity adjustments. Enjoy all TBOX smart features free for the first year; starting from the second year, continue your subscription for just $29.90 annually.

None in rear...hence hardball. Front shows Air shock but no name so who knows...undoubtedly chinesium which could be ok but you.never know until you get it.

It's been a hot minute since I was into bike specs etc. The electric bike offerings have me completely overwhelmed.

One thing I did know about quality.

Good manufacturers know how important fit is to a cyclist. Anyone selling a one size fits all or "most" is a flapping RED flag.
