High-quality pasta is defined by a slow, low-temperature drying process. NOT mentioned on box label.
They're trying to justify a De Cecco type price simply by labelling their ingredients as "organic".

Significance of this pasta is the bronze cut aspect. It gives more texture to the pasta. It is a slower more expensive production method.

No. Bronze cut does not necessarily mean the pasta was slow dried at a low temperature.

That's not what they're saying. The bronze "cut" creates a more porous texture giving it the ability to absorb and cling to it. Nothing about how it's dried.
