NOTE: The instructions on my new pan say that the pan darkens over time. My pan was gray, so if it darkened, I couldn't tell. I'd guess this white version would be noticeable eventually.
General advice that applies to these: don't cook on high heat, don't heat for too long while empty, and use wood or ideally silicone utensils.
