With that said, $750 is outrageously expensive for what little you're getting. That's a hard no from me.
Even $400 for the three-piece set is a bit outrageous.
It's not a great camera. This is the bare-bones entry-level model. It doesn't have a touch screen, so it's a poor choice for those moving up from a mobile telephone camera. It doesn't have two mode dials, so it's a poor choice for those wanting to learn photography/exposure/manual controls. The video is nigh useless on it with terrible rolling shutter. And the photo on it? Well, it's not terrible. Comparatively, it's not amazing.
And the kit lenses are about as flim-flam quality as you can get.
The only two things "good" about this camera is that it's a modern canon RF mount that hits a price point -- and that it's small + lightweight. But you can get cheaper cameras, smaller cameras, and more lightweight cameras than this. Or...maybe if they're nearly the same, you're getting far better performance for the weight/cost.
-------
If you have a budget of $750, you can quite a few very good options that far beat this entry-level... thing.
Canon's own R50 (a major step up) is $450 (https://www.usa.canon.c
If you don't mind going a bit older, you can get Olympus Micro 4/3rds -- the Olympus EM-1 Mark II can be had for roughly $400 + Olympus 12-40 f/2.8 lens for ~$400 (24-80mm full frame equivalent). This is an absolute pro-tier setup which will yield amazingly stellar results compared to the plastik-not-so-fantastik R100.
I'm sure there are Sony and Nikon equivalents, but I'm unfamiliar with much of those mirrorless systems so I'll leave that as an exercise for others to figure out.

If someone really wants this R100 kit, try to catch it in stock refurbished straight from Canon for $400.
I bought my wife a refurbished R50 with the kit lens for $479 sometime last year. It looked and felt like it was new. Well worth the step up, even with that kit lens.
If you can catch it in stock, the R50 with kit lens is $499.

Just be aware that if you have been a chronic sufferer of G.A.S (gear acquisition syndrome) then you would want to upgrade almost right away.

Do *not* get m series!
Considering the price of this particular deal, I wouldn't recommend getting the R100, so a T7 should honestly be a good camera for a while.
