This is a good deal, like 50% discount from my local store. Rice prices are insane right now. That said, this is not a high quality rice brand.
I like it - but I have about 10 different kinds of rice in the house at the moment. I like the Royal Basmati. It's also probably the most popular basmati rice on the market.
Royal is a good rice brand. This is coming from Indian family here. Just be mindful Costco has this brand in a 20 pound bag and family of 2 here tend to go through 1 bag in about 10-12 months.
I would not buy this deal from Amazon as I honestly feel like Costco 20 pound bag makes more sense.
$25 for 20lbs or $31 for 30lbs.... Thats a pretty good cost saving and reason to buy the 2 15lb bags.
I make a cup of a rice at least twice a week minimum, so that 15lb bag which is supposed to be 45 serving on 1/4th cup will go pretty quickly and I live solo.
Just 2 weeks ago it was $19.99 for 20 lbs at local Indian grocery. There are other renowned basmati brand currently going for $9.99 for 10 lbs in Houston.

This is famous brand because most other brands are not sold in Amazon, most likely due to the shipping cost on these heavy items. If you go to an Indian store, they will have several brands and this is not the favorite brand there for sure. Now.. I can't remember the names, but the store crew should be able to help you out selecting the best one.

Royal is pretty solid at a good price. I don't know if I'd worry much about it unless you're trying to impress someone. This is about $1-2 less than what I can buy it for locally at an Indian store (or even Walmart).
That being said, here's a review of different brands.
