I would love a stainless steel pot version one of these. I know they say it's not Teflon but there are reviews mentioning the coating peeling which sounds Teflon adjacent.

I have been using this for some years now. As long as you use coating friendly utensils such as plastic or wood, the coating stays in place. I bet that those who experience peeling are using metal to scrape the surface.
