I highly recommend vacationstogo... they have a great price ticker online, especially for 90 day cruises... which are usually the best deals as the lines are trying to sell those last cabins out. There's others out there also, but any agent can meet/beat any advertised deal.

The Rankings
1. NCL: Out of the three, NCL takes the top spot. While they tend to "nickel and dime" you for certain extras, the overall quality justifies the cost. I just returned from a trip on the NCL Epic this past Saturday, and the entertainment was phenomenal—the tribute shows for the Eagles, Elton John, and Fleetwood Mac were world-class.
2. Royal Caribbean: Royal Caribbean is a very close second. The overall experience is consistently high-quality, and the food, in particular, is excellent.
3. Carnival, or should I say budget line: Carnival sits at the bottom of my list. As a budget-friendly line, it really is a case of "you get what you pay for."
Why I'm Done with Carnival
The atmosphere on Carnival just doesn't compare to the others. During shows on NCL, the environment was professional and enjoyable. If those same performances were on a Carnival ship, you'd likely deal with people pushing and shoving just to get a seat. After my recent experience with NCL's superior service and entertainment, I don't plan on booking with Carnival ever again.
