Now, if keys are not redeemed within one year of purchasing, they will invalidate them AND will not provide a replacement. You can reveal the key, but until you actually redeem it, it will expire after one year. This allows them to sell a product to a consumer and if the consumer does not redeem it, they can keep the product key (because you never used it), invalidate your key, and keep your money.
It's super shady and while I'm no lawyer, it should be illegal.
So unless you absolutely will redeem every single key in a bundle, stay away from Humble and give your money to a storefront that actually respects you, like Fanatical. I have keys that are several years old from Fanatical and are still good to claim and redeem today (mystery bundles are fun).

Give props to Judy who seems to be their only support staff ! Both times that I have emailed them, there was a 20 day wait and both times, it was Judy handling the situation.
I still give them money when the bundles are good enough like the entire Peanuts series in digital form. That was just too good of a deal to pass up !
I've opened multiple tickets, but they close them because of inactivity (on their part). I shouldn't have to bump a ticket every single day because they won't give me what I legally purchased. It's been so long that I strongly doubt I'll ever get a key from them.
EDIT: adding to this, Humble has keys for Boomerang Fu available. So it's not like they can't fix the issue.
